Privacy Policy

Last updated August 31, 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you ask us to build a homepage for your business, why we collect it, and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version. You give us your business name, city, email and (optionally) your phone. We use them to build a free preview of your homepage and to send you the link. We look up what is already public about your business on Google. We never sell your information. You can ask us to delete everything at any time by replying to any email or writing to hello@perfectkreativ.com.

Who we are

Perfect Kreativ Studio, a web design studio based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. For anything about your data, write to hello@perfectkreativ.com.

What we collect, and why

InformationWhy
Business name, city, type of businessTo find your public Google Business Profile and build a homepage that is actually about your business.
Your first name and emailTo send you the private link to your preview, and follow-up about it.
Your phone number (optional)Only if you tick the box. To text you the link, or to call about your preview.
Budget rangeTo show you a price that fits instead of one that does not.
Public information about your businessPhotos, rating, reviews, hours and address from your Google Business Profile, and public measurements of your current website (loading speed, mobile friendliness, security). All of it is already public.
How you use the preview pageWhether the page was opened, which design you preferred, whether you asked for a change. It tells us what to send you next, and nothing else.
Payment detailsHandled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Where it comes from

From you, when you fill in a form on Facebook, Instagram or on our website. From Meta, which passes us the answers you submitted in an Instant Form. From Google's public APIs, for what is already published about your business. From public measurements of your existing website.

What we do not do

Who else touches it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, and only for that purpose: Meta (the form you filled in and advertising measurement), Google (Places and PageSpeed APIs, and analytics), Vercel (hosting of your preview page), IONOS (email), Stripe (payments), and an SMS provider if you asked to be texted. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where local authorities may be able to access it under their own laws.

Email, texts and calls

When you fill in our form to get a preview, Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) treats that as your implied consent to receive commercial email from us for six months. Every email we send carries our name, our postal address and a working unsubscribe link. One click and it stops.

We only text you or call you if you ticked the box asking us to. Those boxes are never pre-ticked. Reply STOP to any text to end them. If you receive a call from our automated assistant, it identifies itself as automated at the start of the call, and you can ask to be removed at any point during it.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to hello@perfectkreativ.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to receive your data in a portable format; our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to your request. If you are in Canada and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Cookies and measurement

Our website and preview pages use the Meta pixel and Google Analytics to measure whether our advertising works. They set cookies. You can refuse them in your browser settings without losing access to your preview. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Preview pages are unlisted and not indexed by search engines. Access to our systems is limited to the people who build your site. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you and the relevant authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, email anyone actively working with us.
