Terms of Service

These terms apply to every project Perfect Kreativ Studio (“we”, “us”) carries out for a client (“you”). They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

1. The free preview

• The preview is a concept: a homepage built from information already public about your business, produced without any commitment from you.
• It is not connected to your domain, and it is not a finished website.
• One free preview per business.
• The design and code of the preview remain our property until a project is paid in full.
• The preview link stays live for 7 days. You may ask us to keep it online for 90 days at no cost.

2. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown all-inclusive, in the currency displayed on your preview page. The amount charged is exactly the amount shown — no tax or fee is added at checkout. Applicable Canadian sales taxes, where they apply, are included in that amount.

3. Reserving a build slot (free)

• Reserving a build slot is free. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when you book. The full project price is charged once your two rounds of changes are done and you approve the finished site. You may cancel at any time before approval, at no cost.
• We hold your slot for 7 days from booking. If you have not confirmed your content draft by then, the slot is released. We send you two reminders before that happens.
• At the moment set out in section 4, we send you a secure Stripe link to pay the project price. We never see your card.

4. The production clock

When you are charged. After the site is built and after your two rounds of changes have been carried out, we show you the finished site and ask you to approve it. The full project price is charged then, and not before.

The delivery time quoted to you (48 hours or 7 days) starts when we receive your completed content form, not when you pay. If we are waiting on something from you, the clock pauses. If we are late for a reason that is ours, we credit 10% of the project price.

5. Revisions

• Two rounds of revisions are included. Each round is one consolidated list of changes, sent to us within 7 days of receiving the draft.
• A third round, or changes to scope after work has begun, is billed at $150.
• Requests that change what was agreed (extra pages, new features) are quoted separately.

6. Payment

• Payment is due once you have seen the finished site and before it goes live or is transferred to you.
• On request, payment can be split into two: half when the finished site is shown to you, half thirty days later. The site goes live after the first. Splitting adds a small fee, shown on your preview page.
• Nothing is published, connected to your domain or handed over before payment is settled.

7. What you own

Once the project is paid in full, the finished website — its design, its code and its content — is yours. Your domain name and hosting account are registered in your name from the start, and remain yours whatever happens. Stock photography and fonts remain subject to their own licences, which we pass on to you. We keep the right to show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. What you provide

You confirm that any photo, logo, text or trademark you send us is yours to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of prices, hours and claims published on your site.

9. What we promise, and what we do not

We guarantee our process: the timeline, the revisions, and that you see the finished site before paying. We do not guarantee commercial results. No agency can honestly promise a number of bookings, leads or a search ranking, and we will not pretend otherwise.

10. Hosting and aftercare

Domain and hosting are registered in your name and cost roughly $25 a year, paid by you directly to the provider. Optional maintenance is available separately. Without it, the site is yours to manage after delivery.

11. Cancellation

• Before you approve the finished site, you may cancel for any reason. Nothing has been charged, and nothing is owed.
• If you cancel before approval, the site is not published or handed over, and the design remains ours.
• We may decline or end a project — for example if the content is illegal, misleading, or outside what we build. In that case we refund anything paid for work not delivered.

12. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides agree to try to settle the matter in writing.
